Braided Compression Packing
Braided Compression Packing is also called sealing packing, which is usually woven from softer threads, usually with a square or rectangular, round strip with a cross-sectional area filled in the sealed cavity.
Braided Compression Packing is widely used in rotary shaft seals of centrifugal pumps, compressors, vacuum pumps, mixers and ship propellers, piston pumps, reciprocating compressors, reciprocating shaft seals of refrigerators, and rotary seals of various valve stems.
Braided Compression Packing is woven from expanded graphite thread. It is commonly used in most occasions except strong oxidants. It can be used for boiling water, high temperature, high pressure steam, heat exchange media, oils, acids, alkalis, hydrogen, ammonia, organic solvents, Hydrocarbons, cryogenic liquids and other media.
